ANATOMY BREAKDOWN: CORE AND PELVIS. 

The pelvic floor is the base of your core and its function affects your entire body. In this workshop, learn different ways of engaging, as well as, releasing this area and discover how they are connected.

CIRCLE-UP x WOMEN'S EDITION

On June 11th, we'll open sacred space and create a communal alter together to hold our work. We'll be using a guided visualization or two, and a writing prompt to listen into our body and our heart. As we connect to our innate responses, this can help guide us towards our Red Path - the one we are meant to be walking. We'll have an opportunity to share with each other, in a safe and supported space. 

Please bring: a couple of objects for the alter (that you'll take home with you and will hold the charge of our evening together): jewelry, stones or crystals, meaningful (small) objects, leaves, flowers, etc. + a pen and paper.

FITMAMA CLUB: BARRE

Une série de cours pour maman et bébé. Devenez membre d’une communauté de mamans qui aiment rester en forme. Ne manquez pas vos entraînements simplement parce que bébé doit rester à vos côtés. Venez accompagnée de votre bébé (jusqu’à 12 mois) pour une session toute en mouvement pour vous aider à vivre votre maternité avec force et stabilité. Les bébés ne seront pas utilisés comme poids supplémentaires pendant ce cours, alors veuillez apporter jouets préférés, couvertures et autres articles pour assurer le bonheur et le confort de bébé.

A series of classes for mamas and their babes. Commit to being in a community of mamas who show up and stay fit. We want you to get your workouts in even in childcare can’t be covered. Bring your baby (up to 12 months) and give your body some movement to help support a strong and stable motherhood. Babies will be not used as extra weight for this class, so please pack favourite toys, blankets and other items to keep them cozy and loved up.
