BARRE ALIGN: Dance training with specific attention on technique, alignment and grace. This body-weight workout is driven by music and incorporates choreography that changes every month.  
BARRE STRONG: A dynamic strength training class that uses body-weight, free weights and resistance to sculpt your lower body and tone your core for improved form and function. Get Bounce. Get Booty. Get Down.

CORE LAB: A music driven pilates-to-the-beat. Turn on all your stabilizers to be anchored in the foundation of any movement you make.  Feel the burn. Get Centred. Get Stable. Get Strong.
CORE LAB x INVERSIONS: Light up your core through pilates inspired stabilization work and understand the connection of the limbs to the core body. Use body weight exercises, resistance training, and yoga to align and stabilize your shoulders for upside down fun.  Get Connected. Get Aligned. Get Upside-down.

CLIP-IN AND GET READY FOR A 45-MINUTE SOUL SATISFYING MIND-BODY WORKOUT/IN. OUR HIGH-INTENSITY CARDIO STRENGTH TRAINING CLASSES ARE LED BY INSPIRING INSTRUCTORS WHO CHALLENGE, INSPIRE AND MOVE YOU INTO NEW REALMS OF PERSONAL POWER.

RHYTHM RIDE: Get strong, get sweaty, and get your heart beating for a 45 minute ride to the beat. Buckle up, this is where the party starts.
ELEVATE RIDE: Ride to the beat and push your limits. This class is for those who like to ride with rhythm and train like an athlete. Expect curated playlists packed with heart-awakening drills to get the most out of your 45 minutes on the bike.
GRIND RIDE: Our most athletically minded ride. It’s about the journey, not the destination. Cadence, resistance and drills is how we get there. Get technical, get strong, and get ready for to work your butt off.
 
 
 
+CORE: Ride hard and ride smart for 45 mins, then get centred and stabilized with pilates-inspired core work for 30.  Get Sweaty. Get Strong. Get Centred.
+ALIGN: Get strong, get sweaty, and get your heart beating in a 45 minute music driven ride followed by 30 minutes of yoga to help you realign and recover.
+ ROLL: Ride to the beat then unwind the tight spots. 45 minutes of sweat, power and strength on the bike followed by 30 minutes of therapy ball-rolling self-massage to erase built-up tension and help your tissues recover.
+ ARMS: A 45 mins beat-driven sweat and strength dance party on the bike followed by 5 mins of resistance and weight training to sculpt your upper body.

YOGA ALIGN: Alignment-based hatha yoga sequences supported by the use of props and functional strength training to help you discover your anatomy, optimal breath function and give you tools to tone the nervous system.
YOGA MOVE: An alignment-based flow designed to awaken the intrinsic muscles of connectivity and fluidity. Intelligently designed sequences guided by the breath which will allow your body to move freely without inhibition while increasing strength, flexibility and clearing the mind.
YOGA STRONG: A music driven full-body dynamic yoga practice infused with functional strength to awaken your deepest sense of stability while unraveling your tension. With the use of props, resistance bands and weights move mindfully outside of the box to empower your practice. Breathe, strengthen, empower.

ROLL-OUT: Self-care at it’s finest. Therapeutic myofascial ball-rolling to release built up tension coupled with dynamic stretching and postural corrective strengthening exercises to increase flexibility, range of movement and erase pain within your movement practice.
DEEP RELEASE STRETCH: A practice designed to bring you into deeper layers of internal awareness and release tension in the fascia, musculature, and connective tissues. Longer holds and a lot of space to feel into the body through breath, awareness and mindful movement.
DEEP RELEASE RESTORE: Perhaps our most restful class. A complete practice designed to help tune the body and mind to a state of rest and restore. Practice fully supported yoga postures using various props to help soothe the nervous system, release stress, and find deep relaxation.
ALIGN+ RESTORE: A slower moving practice designed to help tune the body and mind to a state of rest and restore.  Expect alignment based movement with longer holds in postures supported by breath work to soothe the nervous system, release stress, and find a sense of support and steadiness.

Download our app or create an account online, check out our calendar and choose your classes up to one week in advance. It’s that simple.

YOUR FIRST VISIT 

We want your first time here to be as memorable for you as it is for us. Arrive 15 minutes early to show you around, and help you get set up for class. First timers will not be admitted late into class.

CHECK-IN + LATE ADMITTANCE

Upon arrival at the studio, please check in with reception to let us know you’ve arrived. 

Running late? We ask that you call the studio to let us know you are on the way. The front desk will hold a reservation for up to 5 minutes after class begins. Riders who are more than 5 minutes late will not be admitted into class as it is too disruptive. After 5 minutes your space may be given away to someone on the waitlist.

 
 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Can’t make it? You have up to 6 hours prior to your class to cancel. 
Once your spot is cancelled, the class will be returned to your credits to be used at a future date; the class is not refunded. The easiest method for cancelling the class is through your account on our online system.  If cancelled after the 6-hour late cancellation window, the class will be charged.

For unlimited contracts (intro week, golden ticket or challenges) [free]dom classes, you will automatically be charged a $15 late cancellation fee if cancelled after the 6 hour policy.

You have up to 48 hours prior to a workshop to cancel. If cancelled after the 48-hour late cancellation window, the workshop will be charged the full amount.

 
 

WAITLIST POLICY

If your selected class is full, join the waitlist.

In order to sign up to a waitlist, you must have an available class credit that will get redeemed at the time of sign up. Please verify that your account is set-up to receive notifications: you can receive them by email and/or text message. If you do not wish to receive notifications, it is your responsibility to check if you have been added to the class.

If a spot opens up, you will be added into the class, and will receive a notification to confirm your spot. If you can’t make it, it is your responsibility to cancel your spot (by text, online or the app). If you refrain from cancelling yourself out, the late cancellation policy will apply.
