CORE ALIGN: Understand and apply alignment principles that will ignite your deepest strength. Rooted in pilates, and supported by functional strength exercise, build your core from deep within. ELEVATE RIDE: Ride to the beat and push your limits. This class is for those who like to ride with rhythm and train like an athlete. Expect curated playlists packed with heart-awakening drills to get the most out of your 45 minutes on the bike.
GRIND RIDE: Our most athletically minded ride. It’s about the journey, not the destination. Cadence, resistance and drills is how we get there. Get technical, get strong, and get ready for to work your butt off.

YOGA ALIGN: Alignment-based hatha yoga sequences supported by the use of props and functional strength training to help you discover your anatomy, optimal breath function and give you tools to tone the nervous system.
YOGA STRONG: A dynamic yoga practice infused with functional strength to awaken your deepest sense of stability. With the use of props, resistance bands and weights move mindfully outside of the box to empower your practice. Breathe, strengthen, empower.
MOVE + RESTORE: Unwind the mind, detangle your tight spots, and release stress in this all-levels class. Move mindfully on the breath, create space in the body through alignment based, mindful movement and classical asana in preparation for deeply restful and restorative yoga postures.
FITNESS TUNE UP®: Fitness Tune Up® is a movement therapy format built around the three P's – Pain, Posture and Performance. It helps eradicate pain, improve posture and enhance performance through a unique blend of Corrective Exercise, Self Massage and Dynamic Stretching.
YOGA TUNE UP®: Yoga Tune Up® helps you live better in your body using a combination of yoga, corrective exercise, self-massage, breath strategies, mindset and embodied anatomical education. Leave feeling renewed, reset, and ready for anything.
YOUR FIRST VISIT
We want your first time here to be as memorable for you as it is for us. Arrive 15 minutes early to show you around, and help you get set up for class. First timers will not be admitted late into class.

CHECK-IN + LATE ADMITTANCE
Upon arrival at the studio, please check in with reception to let us know you’ve arrived.
Running late? We ask that you call the studio to let us know you are on the way. The front desk will hold a reservation for up to 5 minutes after class begins - except for spin classes. Riders who are late will not be admitted into class as it is too disruptive. After 5 minutes your space may be given away to someone on the waitlist.
Can’t make it? You have up to 6 hours prior to your class to cancel. Once your spot is cancelled, the class will be returned to your credits to be used at a future date; the class is not refunded. The easiest method for cancelling the class is through your account on our online system. If cancelled after the 6-hour late cancellation window, the class will be charged.
For unlimited contracts (intro week, golden ticket or challenges) [free]dom classes, you will automatically be charged a $15 late cancellation fee if cancelled after the 6 hour policy.
You have up to 48 hours prior to a workshop to cancel. If cancelled after the 48-hour late cancellation window, the workshop will be charged the full amount.
If your selected class is full, join the waitlist.
In order to sign up to a waitlist, you must have an available class credit that will get redeemed at the time of sign up. Please verify that your account is set-up to receive notifications: you can receive them by email and/or text message. If you do not wish to receive notifications, it is your responsibility to check if you have been added to the class.
If a spot opens up, you will be added into the class, and will receive a notification to confirm your spot. If you can’t make it, it is your responsibility to cancel your spot (by text, online or the app). If you refrain from cancelling yourself out, the late cancellation policy will apply.
